DFL-URE USB3.0 New Version Is Available

Dolphin Data Lab is releasing new version of DFL-URE USB 3.0 data recovery tool-DFL-URE V1.2. In the previous versions, we have studied all functions carefully and removed some unnecessary functions and added many new features in this current new version.

Dolphin Data Lab has optimized the URE device registration and driver installation process and users can now install the DFL-URE much more easily. Users just need to go to the DFL-URE installation folder and find the driver folder for 32bit or 64bit and then click preinstallDrv icon and the drivers will be installed automatically. For existing users, it’s suggested to uninstall the existing version and then install the new software and then click the auto driver installation program to install new.

Within the new DFL-URE version 1.2, users can find the following new changes:

1, Improve the file extraction performance for HFS+, HFSX file system;
2, Read and list partitions for U-disk;
3, Selective head image for Samsung USB hard drives is added；
4, PIO read is disabled for default read mode (some USB hard drives don’t support PIO read)；
5, To diagnose if the hdd is encrypted or not is added;
6, System driver performance is improved;
7, Software Codes optimization to enhance software running stability;
8, To read valid LBAs(disk area) is added （For many native USB hard drives, they have tools’ area-such as mypassport password login tool and disk area and the ID displayed capacity is always bigger than the actual capacity used, if this feature is not added, the LBAs in the latter area will fail to be read）
