National Day Holiday Shipping Notice
Dear Customers,
Here at Dolphin Data Lab is to celebrate the Chinese Middle-Autumn Day and National Day Holiday which start from September 30-October 7th.
Within the holiday period, we have some special assigned staffs working in our office to answer forum support, email support, customers’ inquiries, and writing more good documents for our clients and process some urgent cases. These staffs work in the office with a limited 3 or 4 hours each day to process things above and then they enjoy their holiday too.
According to our understanding, the international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc have holiday too here in China. Some of them start working after October 5th. Some of them start working after October 7th and therefore, our international shipment is affected by them and cannot arrange in time within their holiday period.
Anyway, international users can still place orders with us on our tools and then register in our forum, download our data recovery technique documents and enter our FTP resource center to learn more about how to use our tools and learn some steps and tips in using our data recovery tools so that when users receive our tools after the holiday, they can use them better with better understanding.
