I purchased a one week version and i am having troubles . I scanned a 12 tb drive recognised as wbox India. It produced DAV files which I cannot play easily nor can I convert to other formats.
I rescanned and selected MP4 but these were corrupt.

DAV videos are raw original videos and you need to play them using Dolphin video player, if you want to play them using common standard video player, you can go to video repair software and convert the raw H264/H265 videos to MP4 videos
