Please be kindly informed that Dolphin Data Lab Headquarter will be closed for Chinese National Day and Middle Autumn festival from October 1st to October 8th. This Seagate patient HDD was recovered fully by Dolphin remote data recovery system and the user is one Indian DFL user. When the user connected the patient HDD to DFL-SRP Seagate HDD firmware repair tool,  powered on the HDD and got the “SP Regen FAIL, Update Mask” error and cannot enter F3 T>.

This WD40EZRZ-00WN9B0 patient hard drive data recovery case study is done for one DFL user in Italy, the PCB number is 2060-771945-002. After connecting the patient hard drive to DFL WD firmware repair hardware, the drive was not detected but the drive could be ready.

As for Western Digital undetected or capacity 0 or wrong capacity hard drives, they are mostly firmware corrupted hard drives. The case study to be discussed today is from one DFL user in USA and the patient HDD model number is WD20EZRZ-00Z5HB0.

This patient WD10TMVW-11ZSMS5 HDD was one USB HDD  with PCB number of 060-771814 and when connecting this patient USB HDD to computer and this patient HDD was not detected at all and the computer even got hang there.
