Holiday Notice for China Mid-Autumn Festival

Mid-Autumn Festival is coming around the corner. Please be kindly informed that our office will be closed from September 22 to September 24. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday September 25.

During this 3 days holiday, email will be answered as normal.But remote tech support can’t be connected on time, and product delivery will be processed after the holiday. In order to avoid any possible delay in product delivery, users can place the order in advance if need the data recovery tools, firmware repair tools or head and platter swap tools urgently.

Another pieces of exciting news is that Dolphin team will release one big software upgrade soon, we will post news about this upgrade on website and forum once it is available.

About Mid-Autumn Festival

According to Chinese tradition, Mid-Autumn festival is celebrated on the 15th day of 8th month on Chinese lunar Calendar with full moon at night. This year it falls on September 24.

Mid-Autumn festival is also a harvest festival, it is a time to enjoy the successful reaping of rice and wheat with food offerings made in honor of the moon. We believe a full moon is a symbol of reunion, harmony, and happiness. Also moon cake is the must-have food during this festival, have also appeared in western countries as an exotic sweet.
