DFL PCIe DRE-4x has two versions: unlimited version and recharge version. DFL PCIe recharge version works like one installment plan. Users can select either one according to their budget and case amount, both versions can handle the most latest Seagate and WD hdd models such as the Seagate Rosewood A5, 8C and AF families.

As for the new WD models such as the new Spyglass, Palmer, Charger families, users must swap with unlock PCBs first and then users can access to the SA to fix the firmware corruption.

For some very new WD models after July 2019, they have new type of encryption on USB to SATA and users need some special tips to image the patient HDD for data recovery purpose.
