During this period, users worldwide can place orders without any issue. Dolphin sales team will check emails and website order system regularly. All orders will be handled properly and quickly.
However, all shipping companies and factories will be closed during this period and therefore, no shipment will be arranged even if the orders are placed and payment is completed during this week. All orders will start to be arranged on Feb.22， 2018 if the orders are placed during Feb.15-21, 2018.
If users want to get the tools as soon as possible, please make sure users have supplied adequate shipping and contact and VAT details to Dolphin team by order page or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For Indian clients, it’s necessary to offer the PAN or IEC code and for Brazilian clients, it’s neccessary to offer the CPF or CNPJ details. For European clients, it’s the best if users have and offer the EORI number.
As for technique support, users need to make best use of the forum and get help from forum members and Dolphin DFL technique support engineers will check forums too when available. But remote support during this week is not available. Users can only email or post questions or cases to forum.
