Starting a Data Recovery Service in USA

“Greetings,
I’m looking into expanding my computer repair company with a data recovery service in US. I usually work with HDDs, Sata SSDs, PCIe SSD* (M.2 NVMe…), RAID systems, maybe even SAS or flash drives.
What products, hardware and software, would you recommend and what kind of recovery cases would it work with? I would like to purchase a package deal of sorts with everything needed to start data recovery service. I would be also interested if you offer some online training.
